In the Course Outline you can add a Scheduled block with a date and choose between:
Physical event (then add a location).
Online event (either Learnster Roundtable or to Teams, Zoom or any other online meeting tool.
Physical event
To add a Scheduled meeting in a course, start by creating a location:
Go to Studio > Settings and click on Locations in the left menu.
Click the blue button + New Location on the top right corner.
Fill in the information and click Save Location.
To add the Scheduled meeting:
From Studio, open the course and go to the Course Outline.
In the course, click + Add block and choose Scheduled block.
Select a location.
Select a date from the pop-up menu.
Online event
To schedule an Online Event:
In the course, click + Add block and choose Scheduled block.
Select a date.
In the dropdown list, choose Online Event (Learnster Roundtable) or External Event.
Add a name for the online event.
Enter the meeting link (if External Event).
If applicable, add join instructions and the meeting password.
