Create a quiz or a survey
Follow the steps below to create a new quiz or survey:
Step 1: From course outline, create a new quiz or a survey activity page
In studio, open or create a new course.
Create a new empty activity page in course outline.
Start typing a name for the new activity page.
Press [ENTER] to create the new activity page.
Click the “+ Create content” icon and select "Quiz" or "Survey".
The quiz & survey builder interface will be opened.
Step 2: Add or edit questions to the quiz or survey
In the quiz & survey builder interface, drag and drop the question types of your choice.
The following question types are available for quiz: single choice, multiple choice, matchning, yes/no and assignment.
The following question types are available for survey: single choice, multiple choice, yes/no, rating, grading scale and matrix scale.
Step 3: Add and edit your questions and alternative answers
To edit your questions and alternative answers, just click on them.
You can change the order by simply moving them up and down.
