Important information for all organisations using SSO via SAML

Important information regarding SSO

The Learnster U app for iOS and Android does not support SSO using SAML.

Azure SAML, Google Workspace SAML and SAML SSO will not work in the app.

Before you roll out the app

If your organization has SSO active - make sure you have migrated to OpenID before rolling the app out/asking learners to download it.

The OpenID Connect version of the SSO is the option at the top:

Learnster studio -> Settings -> SSO is where you setup SSO via OpenID.
