Learnster has just released our iOS and Android application, and to help you, we've gathered this FAQ with some common questions. This article will be kept updated until a new version is released!
General questions
Q: What version of Learnster do I need to use the app?
A: The app works from version 18 (or newer versions) of Learnster.
Q: Where do I find Course History in the app?
A: You'll find Course history at the bottom of the start page under "Completed."
Q: Can we select between what hours the notifications are sent out?
A: It is not possible to control this for notifications in the app. But you can still control what hours emails get sent out.
Q: Is it the same message in the app notification as in the email?
A: No, you can and will need to set up different messages for app notifications.
Q: Where can I download the Learnster U app?
A: The app is available for download on App Store and Google Play.
Technical information
Q: Will SSO work in the apps?
A: Yes, but only OpenID will work with the apps. See above and this article for details on how to set this up!
Q: How will SCORM courses be shown in the app?
A: There will be no difference between how courses are shown in the mobile version of Learnsters web and how they will appear in the app!
