With filters you can quickly find and manage your courses for a smoother workflow in Studio. Learners can filter among courses in the Course Catalog in Learnster U, and they can use Add to favorites to save relevant courses.

In Studio, admins can filter to streamline workflows and manage courses. You can filter by (view numbers in image):

With the filters available in the Studio course overview, you can quickly and easily sort through courses to find those most relevant to your workflow.

Select one or several categories to filter (these are the categories created in Studio Settings and shown in the catalog).

You can filter scheduled courses by their start dates using the date selector. This filter also includes multi-event courses; however, it does not display the specific dates for each event. To view the detailed schedule of events within a course, you will need to open the course.

Filter courses with scheduled events by selecting one or multiple locations. Note that this filter only applies to events with an assigned location. A search feature for locations will be introduced in a future version.

Learners can use the same filters as in Studio (category, location, and date) to easily find relevant courses and even save their favorites for quick access!
